Who Is Singer of Hindi Song Maine Tujhko Dekha From Film Golmaal Again
Golmaal Again's Maine Tujhko Dekha, Baadshaho's Socha Hai, Tumhari Sulu's Hawa Hawai 2.0 – 7 Rehashed Hits Of 2017 Which Are Unmissable
While this 'remix-rehash-reboot' trend always existed in Bollywood, of late it has reached a height
There's always a certain amount of thrill that nostalgia brings in and Bollywood has always tried to cash in on it, whether it is with remixing old songs and classics or rehashing them to give them an interesting new spin. While this 'remix-rehash-reboot' trend always existed in Bollywood, of late it has reached an epoch breaking point. Almost every second release these days has an old rehashed song in it, with a contemporary arrangement given to it. While some turn out to be interesting, there are others that turn out to be an epic fail. It's hard to remember at this point, who started the trend, but seems like, this trend is here to stay, particularly with the popularity of the chartbusters like Kala Chashma, Humma Humma, and the like. With Tumhari Sulu's Hawa Hawai 2.0 releasing today, let's take a look at a few of them. Also Read - Baadshaho Song Socha Hai: Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta Take Us Back In Time With This Retro Remix

The official video of this song is yet to release today, but we did get to hear the song in the trailer itself. The song is a total recreation of the iconic Mr India number, by composer Tanishk Bagchi, who has churned out hit chartbusters in the recent past such as Humma Humma from OK Jaanu, Socha Hai from Baadshaho and the like . Featuring Vidya Balan, Neha Dhupia and Malishka, we saw a glimpse of this dazzling office party song in the trailer itself and it sure did put a smile on our face.
# Maine Tujhko Dekha, Golmaal Again
Maine Tujhko Dekha from Golmaal 4 is a reprised version of the Ishq song, Neend Churayi Meri. The song has been composed by Amaal Mallik and Anu Malik, crooned by Neeraj Shridhar and Sukriti Kakar and its lyrics are penned by Kumaar and Rahat Indori. In this song, only the opening tunes are the same. The rest of it is very different from the original one its been inspired from. In other words, only 'Neend Churayi Meri Kisne O Sanam Tune' has been taken as it is from the song, while the rest of the song has been penned keeping in mind the basic premise of the film and the premise in it.
# Socha Hai, Baadshaho
This song from Baadshaho has been inspired by the song, Keh Doon Tumhe from Deewar, and features Emraan Hashmi-Esha Gupta romancing each other on an unusual looking bike-tonga contrivance. While the original one was composed by the legendary music director, RD Burman, this new version has been recreated by Tanishk Bagchi and sung by Jubin Nautiyal- Neeti Mohan, with additional lyrics by Manoj Muntashir. Tanishk had also recreated the popular track from Bombay, Humma Humma, for Ok Jaanu, for which he received a lot of flak for incorporating a rap by Baadshah. Perhaps, that's why this song begins with a disclaimer stating that there will be no rap.
# Pallo Latke, Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana
From the film Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana, featuring Rajkummar Rao and Kriti Kharbanda, the song has been partially inspired by the original song by the same name from the 1979 superhit film, Nauker starring Jaya Bachchan and Sanjeev Kumar. While the original version was composed by RD Burman and sung by Kishore Kumar and Asha Bhosale, the new song has been voiced by Jyotica Tangri and Yasser Desai. The lyrics have been penned down by Kumaar and the energetic rap is by Fazilpuria of 'Kar Gayi Chull' fame.
# Tamma Tamma Again, Badrinath Ki Dulhania
The song from Badrinath Ki Dulhania, featuring Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan, is a major throwback to the Sanjay Dutt-Madhuri Dixit starrer. Again recreated by Tanishk Bagchi, the song retained the original voices of Bappi Lahiri and Anuradha Paudwal with of course a few beats added by the composer to make it more foot tapping. This track has definitely become one of the go to songs in pubs and clubs.
# Laila Main Laila, Raees
Laila Main Laila is a rehash of a superhit 80's chartbuster from the movie Qurbani. The original song featured Zeenat Aman and was composed by the dynamic music-composer duo Kalyan-Anand. The song was a complete eye candy featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Sunny Leone in one frame. The new version was a culmination of Ram Samapth's arrangement and Javed Akhtar's additional lyrics, which together gave quite an interesting spin to the original cabaret song.
# Haseeno Ka Deewana, Kaabil
We all know of the biggest clash of 2017–Raees and Kaabil. So if the former had, Laila Oh Laila, how could the latter not have a rehashed version of an old song? Featuring Urvashi Rautela, Haseeno Ka Deewana, from the film Kaabil, became quite a hit song of 2017. A remake of the classic Amitabh Bachchan track from Yaarana, Haseeno ka deewana from Kaabil was sung by Payal Dev and Raftaar. The song is groovy, upbeat and is a must listen.
